Member of the Month - Olivia

We're starting something new.  Member of the Month.  We have such a great community of folks and it's about time we do more than send out our PR Cards and give you pats on the butt.  We're going to start bragging.  I'm starting with Olivia. 

Olivia is a freaking rock star.  End of story.  This girl came into Primal not being a huge lifter, or runner... nothing.  She was the perfect example of someone who didn't "prepare" for CrossFit.  (Just so you know, you can't "prepare" for CrossFit.  It's universally scalable, the best way to get ready for CrossFit is to do CrossFit.).

Since Olivia has started she has improved TREMENDOUSLY!!  Talk about someone working their ass off, listening to their coaches and scaling accordingly.  This girl "GETS" it.  Not only have all of us noticed her progress, we also see Olivia with a little more swagger than before.  It's the swagger you get when you know you're becoming a bad ass. 

Olivia TOOK OVER the PR board last month.  She saw gains on her Push Press, Push Jerk, Power Snatch, Double Under, Back Squat, and Clean and Jerk!  Congratulations Olivia.  Keep doing what you're doing!  You're awesome to have in class and we are so lucky to have you as a part of our Primal Family!!
