+ DO I NEED EXPERIENCE OR SOME MINIMUM LEVEL OF FITNESS?
No! Just get started. Our workouts and exercises scale to any level - from pvc pipes to barbells, we'll tailor the workout to your ability.
+ IS IT WORTH IT
We definitely would say it is worth it, but we are biased ;). The only person who can truly answer that question is you. The only way you'll know for sure is if you show up and try us out.
+ DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE I SHOW UP
Absolutely not! We have members who prior to joining had no background in athletics. You are pushed and encourage based on your current level of fitness. Al we want is for you to give your best effor during each workout.
+ WHAT NUTRITION PLAN DO MOST CROSSFITTERS FOLLOW?
In the past CrossFit was associated with Paleo and Zone. Here at CrossFit Primal we encourage Fueling for Performance as a way to focus on nutrition. Eating clean, whole foods with a treat every now and again is healthy and sustainable. We don't promote fad diets or strict eating. We know that a healthy nutrition regime needs to be sustainable and support your health and fitness goals.
