What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program used by many police academies, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and professional athletes worldwide. It is designed to improve all aspects of fitness including strength, endurance, stamina, agility, balance, speed, power, flexibility, coordination and accuracy. While challenging, the workouts we do are scalable to everyone's individual abilities - even those who have never trained before. Whether you are an athlete, student, soldier, or grandparent; CrossFit will help you reach the best physical condition of your life.
The best way to see what CrossFit is all about is to try it for yourself. At CrossFit Primal we make starting CrossFit simple, fun, and non-intimidating. We offer group classes for all levels, and one-on-one coaching for specific goals or those requiring extra attention.
Free Two-Week Trial
We offer a free, no obligation two-week trial of CrossFit Primal's group classes. It is designed to give you a full dose of multiple CrossFit workouts, and is appropriate for all fitness levels - even if you don't have a current fitness level! Before beginning the free trial, we require that each new person contact us and sign up for a two class CrossFit Fundamentals class which will be held every other week on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm. The cost of these two classes is 40.00. We do offer a make up class on Saturdays by appointment only if you can not make one of the two nights. Please note that you are required to attend two of the three classes. Each class will be an hour long. This class is designed to teach you fundamental CrossFit movements which are the core of our daily workouts. We do this to ensure your safety and help you feel comfortable as you begin your CrossFit journey. Once you complete these two classes we will start your free trial!
Nutrition
Once you have completed your free two-week trial, we will introduce you to our cutting-edge nutrition plan - Primal Nutrition. At CrossFit Primal, we know that attaining your fitness goals requires hard work and a solid diet, which is why all of our monthly membership packages include personal nutritional guidance which will teach you how to eat for optimal health and performance. You will receive recipes, measurements, and one-on-one nutrition consultations. Primal Nutrition is fun, easy to incorprate into any lifestyle, and it produces results!
