Headstand attempt => bear crawl => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => basic dot drill x 10 => 50-meter run

5 push presses, 15#bar/5#DB/PVC
10 walking lunges
50-meter high-knee skip

Ages 10-13

Warm-Up: 3 Rounds
bear crawl - inch worm - burpee broad jump - 100 m run

Strength: Lunges

Wod: 6 min AMRAP
- 6 OH walking lunges w/ plate 15/10
- 7 burpees
- 8 sit-ups

Then: 30 knees 2 elbows or T2B
