Warm Up: Coach Choice

Kids: 8:00 AMRAP
5 Toes 2 Bar
10 KB Swings 13/9
15 Goblet Squats
20 Lateral hops over KB

Teens;
30 C&J for Time 55/35, 45/25
Every time you drop the bar=1 rope climb (3 Prog)
*CAN NOT rest with the bar for more than 3 sec
*You will be partnered up, that partner will count your C&J. ( we will choose your partner)
We Will have 2 Heats.  Once the first heat is done….you will switch places with your partner and we will start the clock over
