As a Group, complete 3 rds of the following rotation.  All members of the team must complete their station before they can rotate to the next station. (if we have 4 kids in class, addStation 4: 10 Pull Ups)
Station 1: 150m Row
Station 2: 10 Wall Balls
Station 3: 10 HSPUs

Teens: 9:00 AMRAP
5 hang Squat Cleans 65/45, 55/35, 45/25
5 Pull ups (bands)
10 DUs (30 Singles)
