Warm Up: Coaches choice

Wod: Teams of 3

3 rounds
- 50 wall balls (20 kids)
- 30 cal row (15 cal)
- 50 shoulder to overhead (30)
**one person working, one person resting and one person doing an overhead plate carry 100 feet (inside gym down and back).  Once the partner carrying the plate finishes then the person resting will work, the person working will carry and the person that carried will rest.
