I originally started CrossFit to help with my triathlon endurance, and from there CrossFit took over! Now that I have been doing CrossFit for a few years now I don’t know what I did before I started. Hello! I'm Elise. I'm a busy mom of 5 and I've been doing CrossFit since 2012. I love CrossFit Primal! I was hooked on the supportive community from day 1. I love the transformation I've been able to make in my own life. I decided to become a coach so that I can help others do the same. I hope that I can show other women like myself (and I guess the guys too) how strong and beautiful they truly are inside and out. You can find me chasing after kids, eating pizza and tacos when I can, wearing anything turquoise or pink, and doing everyone's least favorite movements, deadlifts and wall balls
