Front Squat

Thruster

Competition and General Fitness:

10 Rounds for Time and Load
1 Clean and Jerk
1 Round of Cindy
(5 Pull ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats)

Beginner: 
6 rounds
- 1 hang clean and split jerk
- 1 round of Cindy

Wod: **Please note for Comp and G.F. the weight on the c&j should be challenging but not so hard that you are resting 30 seconds in between your squats and your c&j. This workout is not about doing it the fastest or lifting the most weight. Drop the weight if you are resting too much. If you are flying through it then raise the weight. The goal is to get a great wod in!
