5 hops Single leg hops (front to back- each leg)
5 Wall kick-ups (body length or half body length away from the wall)
20 Bridge up
20 Mountain climbers (each leg)
20 Sots press (PVC or bar)
20 Jump and land (PVC or bar)

Strength: Squat Snatch
- Work to a heavy single for the day. Focus on technique

200 m run
15 snatch
15 box jump over
200 m run
12 snatch
12 box jump over
200 m run
9 snatch
9 box jump over
200 m run

*2 foot touch at the top.  Must hit at the same time.
