Primal Family!! Coach Krista had an awesome idea! In honor of the 4th of July we are doing a HERO week! The challenge will be to complete as many of these bad boys as possible. We will give scaling options and give the option of making them partner wods. Saturday for the 4th we will do a Hero wod at 8:30 am to celebrate our country's Independence. - Lynelle
