50 Hang Cleans 95/65
60 Box Jumps 24/20
70 Back Squats 95/65
80 Wall Ball sit-ups (do a sit up with wall ball then pass to partner) 20/14, 14/10, 10/8
90 Lunges
1000m Run (both partners must run together)
*1 person working at a time, expect for WB sit-ups and Run
* reps may be broken up as needed
* both partners run together
* 1 bar per team
