20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. 8 rounds **Score will be total number of reps for all intervals.

Scaling Options:
- Assisted Box pistols (no pushing off with hands)
- strict pull-ups with bands
- elevated push-ups
- abmat handstand pushups or pike pushups
