- 30 double unders

- 15 ctb
- 15 burpees
- 10 hang cleans
- 10 jerks
- 5 snatch's
- 5 ring dips

**You can also scale some movements accordingly or do this as a partner wod!  Whatever you want to do.  The goal is to show up and be active and healthy as a community!!
