"Coe"
10 rounds
- 10 thrusters (95/65)
- 10 ring push-ups

Scaling:
If new then scale the rounds down to 7.
- thruster weight should be light. You should be able to go unbroken
- if ring push-ups are difficult then do elevated box push-ups or regular push-ups from the ground. No push-ups from the knees please.
