- 20 deadlifts (95/65)
- 20 calorie row
- 15 front squats
- 15 shoulder to overhead

**weight for the cleans should be something you can do for 4 touch and go no drop. 
**deadlifts/fs/s2oh - weight should be the SAME for all movements and should be VERY LIGHT.
**Rope Climb substitution - 6 Knees to Elbows
