Squat Snatch
Work up to a heavy load for the day.  No more than 15 reps when attempting and try to stay over 60% of your max.  **Successful lifts are the focus...not weight.

42 wall balls (20/14)
21 power snatch 95/65
30 wall balls
15 power snatch
18 wall balls
9 power snatch

**Should be able to do a set of 6-7 power snatches touch and go fresh
