Strength: Push Press find a 1 RM

Wod:
10 minute EMOM
2 power clean @ 70-75% of 1RM
7 push-ups
7 air squats
*goal is to do around 30 seconds of work. If you don't have that then just do 1 power clean instead of 2 per minute.
