Strength: 3 position SQUAT clean - work to a heavy complex

Wod: Partner wod
800 meter run - together
then...
20 rounds
- 1 rope climb
- 6 push-ups
- 9 back squats (95/65)
then:
run 400 together
**partners must alternate every round. (each partner completes 10 rounds).

Scaling options:
1 rope climb = 3x progressions
elevated push-ups
back squat (65/45/35) **something you can do unbroken
