20 foot spiderman lunge
couch stretch
5 jumping pull-ups
10 pass throughs
banded hip opener (1 minute each leg)
partner stretch on rig

Strength: Back Squat
8x4 @ 80% of 1RM

Wod:
10 min AMRAP
1 burpee
1 pull-up
2 burpees
2 pull-ups
3 burpees
3 pull-ups
.... continue until time is up :)

Scaling:
jumping pull-ups instead of banded
