Wod:
5 rounds:
50 double unders
10 hspu
5 front squats (185/125)

Scaled:
50 single high jumps
abmat or pike push-ups
front squats (155/105)(95/65)(65/45)
**should be a difficult set of 5 but unbroken for all rounds.
