Warm Up: Coaches choice
Strength: Back Squat
6x6 @ 75%. You'll want to go 5-10lbs heavier than the last time we did 6x6 back squats. This should be around 75% of your 1 RM
DO NOT DO 100 GHD'S. If you are not used to a HIGH volume of GHD'S, please DO NOT do all the reps. Scale as follows:
- 10 ghd's and 40 situps - recommended for newer folks
- 25 ghd's - recommended for more experienced members that aren't quite ready for 100 ghd's.
