Strength: Split Jerk
5-4-3-2-2-1 **Work on technique. If feeling good then hit a max for the day.

Wod: 15 min AMRAP
- 2 Power Clean 225/155
- 4 hspu's
- 6 pull-ups

Scaling:
Power Cleans: Something difficult but you can do for most rounds touch and go.
