Warm Up:
50 ft pigs on ice skates
10 elbows high and outside both snatch and clean grip
10 thorasic high fives
10 sots press both snatch and clean
10 wall balls

Wod: **Monster Mash 6/27 part 1 and part 3
5 min AMRAP
- 5 power cleans (95/65)
- 5 thrusters

rest 5 minutes

7 minute AMRAP
- 7 lateral burpees over bar
- 7 hang power snatch (75/55)

Scaled options:
- power cleans and thrusters - something you can do easily 5 unbroken for on most of the rounds! Think FRAN weight!
- hang power snatch- easily should be able to do fresh 7 unbroken. These are lighter weights. So keep INTENSITY in mind.
