**The goal is to try to hit all of your numbers that you did on August 12th. If you hit all the numbers (including your max rep number) then add 10lbs onto your max and recalculate your working max.

Wod:
"Bradshaw"
10 rounds
- 3 HSPU'S
- 6 dl (225/185)
- 12 pull-ups
- 24 double unders
**Goal time is around 25 minutes.

Scaling:
- Use your "Diane" weight. Should be something you can do unbroken for at least half the rounds.
- high jump singles with same rep scheme as du's
- can use abmats or do pike push-ups for hspu substitute
