Strength: Back Squat
5 @ 40% of 90%
5 @ 50% of 90%
5 @ 60% of 90%

Wod:
3 rounds:
- 5 hang power cleans (155/105)
- 5 push jerks (155/105)
- 10 ttb
- 10 push-ups
- 20 situps
rest 2 minutes

Scaling Options:
*Use a light weight for the hpc and push jerks...you should be able to do both unbroken.
** straight legged pike raises instead of ttb
*elevated push-ups if needed.
The goal for the wod is to sprint and go hard as fast as you can and then rest for the 2 minutes..then go again as hard as you can.
