**The goal is to hit all of your numbers that you hit on Aug. 8th. If you do, then add 10lbs onto your max and recalculate your 90%. This will be your new working max for this cycle.

Wod:
20 min AMRAP
- 12 dl (185/125)
- 12 deficit push-ups (6"/4")
- 12 ttb

Scaling:
- dl - weight you can easily do unbroken for most rounds
- regular push-ups or elevated push-ups
- 12 knees to elbows
