Strength: Halting Clean Deadlift
5x3 @ 80-110% of 1 rm clean.  Focus on technique and position.  You should be keeping shoulders over the bar.  Hold this position for 2-3 seconds before returning bar to the floor.  Shins should be vertical, bar in light contact with legs.  Focus on positioning and balance during this lift.
