10 squat clean thrusters (115/75) (share reps)
200 m run
10 burpees
20 Front rack lunges (shared reps)
200 m run
10 burpees
30 power cleans (shared reps)
200 m run
10 burpees
40 wall balls (20/14)
200 m run
10 burpees
50 ttb

**once you complete this once through, athletes will work their way back completing the run, the burpees and then the 40 wall balls. Runs and burpees will be done at the same time by partners.  You can't start on the next movement until both partners are finished with the movement prior.
