Strength:  Behind The Neck Jerk
5x3 **try to go heavier than you did on 10.23.17

Wod: 20 EMOM
Minute 1: 20 kbs (70/53)
Minute 2: 14 Front Rack lunges (135/95)
Minute 3: 200 m row
Minute 4: 10 burpees
**shoot for 45 seconds of work.  You want at least 10 seconds of rest per movement.  If after the first round it isn't possible to get the work done...scale the number of reps accordingly.
**weight on lunges should be something you can do unbroken for all rounds.
