Wod: "343" in honor of the 343 firefighters lost on 9/11/2001
100 deadlifts (135/115)
100 power cleans (95/65)
100 ground to overhead (65/35)
43 burpees
**one barbell for everything.  Have your weights loaded appropriately and most efficiently.  *It'll be easiest for men to use a 45 lb bar and women 15 lbs.  **35 min cap to this wod.

Post wod:
2220 steps to commemorate the number of steps climbed in the towers.  You can do this in a vest or with a plate.  You can also choose to do this as a group or solo.
