Wod: **From CrossFit Linchpin

5 AMRAP
- 20 Wall balls (20/14)
- 10 deadlifts (185/135)
- Rest 5 min
7 AMRAP
- 20/15 cal row
- 10 push jerks (155/105)
**5 am we will split up into 2 groups.  1 group will start on the 7 min AMRAP first...have their rest and then do the 5 min AMRAP.  1 group will start on the 5 min AMRAP first...have their rest and then start on the 7 min AMRAP.  This will ensure we have enough rowers for everyone. Thanks :)
