Skill: Strict Ring Dips
3x5 *rest as needed between sets.
**If you have strict ring dips and muscle ups then I want your skill to be 3xME STRICT MUSCLE UPS. 

Wod: 12 AMRAP
- 5 OHS (125/85)
- 3 muscle ups (ring)
- 30 du's
**If you don't have ring muscle ups you can sub in 3 bar muscle ups for a scale OR you can do 6 CTB pull-ups per round.  Other scaling options available at class.
