6 ring push-up
6 hang power clean
5 bar mu
5 hang power cleans
4 ring push-ups
4 hang power cleans
3 bar mu
3 hang power cleans
2 ring push-ups
2 hang power cleans
1 bar mu
1 hang power clean
**If you can't do 5 unbroken RX push-ups with great technique (no snaking or braking...thighs and chest lightly touch the floor) you are doing regular push-ups or elevated push-ups to strengthen appropriate muscles :)
